Beat’s Emma Nolan, who presents The Takeover, wanted to ensure she was more "in the moment" with her listeners who sat exams, so she sat this year’s Junior Cert English, Irish and Maths papers.

Emma admitted she was most nervous about her Ordinary Level Maths paper and the pressure was on with English Higher Level, because she is an honours English degree graduate from University of Limerick.
