Li Yongzhi is not one to break a sweat over some spicy meals and has accredited his unbelievable heat tolerance to travels around China where food is rife with spices.

The locals are so impressed they have made him a quality assurance tester for their own chilli.

His future aspirations lie in opening up his own chilli farm (no way!) and selling his peppers across the world.
