Irish mam has the best reaction to her daughter arriving home from Oz
On Saturday, Ciara Redmond, who’s from Glanmire in Cork, arrived in Wexford where her mam is staying for the summer. It took her four days to travel back from Melbourne, including a 19 hour layover in Delhi and a cancelled flight from Frankfurt but she says "it was well worth the surprise!".
And with a reception like the one she got, we’d have to agree.
