Last year, Layla Kenny, along with her mum, Rebecca, had the opportunity to travel to Kenya to meet the child they sponsor, an 11-year-old boy named Muuo, who lives outside of Nairobi.

Layla met Muuo’s family and friends and got to experience life in a Kenyan school.

As well as the monthly sponsorship programme, you can also make a donation or choose a gift from the World Vision website.

Speaking on their charity ‘Pearing’ initiative, Irene said: “We have had such a whirlwind of a year and we are thrilled at how well our products have been received by parents.
