Disney Infinity cancelled and Avalanche Software shut down

Despite this, Disney Infinity general manager John Blackburn confirmed in a blog post that the planned retail releases of characters from Alice Through the Looking Glass and Finding Dory will still be released. They arrive in May and June respectively.

In its latest earnings report, Disney said that it had “lower results” for Infinity than it had predicted. The closure of Avalanche Software has resulted in around 300 people being laid off.
