Sony Mobile's next could have a front facing flash

Sony Mobile has become known for putting a lot of effort into their smartphone cameras, with large sensors, fast auto focus and good performance in low light.

It's clear that camera quality is a focus for the company and they might be adding another useful feature in an upcoming handset.

The latest rumour suggests that a new 6 inch Sony phone could sport a front facing flash to go along with its selfie camera. A few companies have included this unit as a way to make selfies easier in low light but this would be a first for Sony and another great addition to their mobile camera suite.

The report suggests that an updated version of the Xperia C5 could be on the way with that large screen and a flash unit included. There's been no official word on this handset yet, with much of the focus on the new X range of phones, but expect an update soon.
