Answer Ireland’s Call

Irish Rugby Team sponsors Three Ireland will give Focus Ireland €1m in a marketing campaign entitled ‘Let’s All Tackle Homelessness’.

The company is making a call to rugby fans to text HOME to 50300 to donate €2. All funds will go directly to Focus Ireland.

Smile - It’s Pancake Tuesday

Support Your Local Mental Health Association on Pancake Tuesday by making your pancakes smile with the use of fruit or spreads or sauces.

Photo your creation and put it on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram with the hashtag #smileypancake.

You can give a donation to local Mental Health Associations or text MHI to 50300 to donate €4 to Mental Health Ireland.

Meet the Boyle

One of Sean O’Casey’s best loved plays will run from Wednesday at the Everyman Theatre in Cork until February 20. Tickets for the 8pm show cost €26 and there will be a special show for schools on Friday at 11am with tickets at €15.

The Cork Concert orchestra has a Romeo and Juliet programme on February 14 at Cork City Hall.
