PIC: ITV News really don’t know who President Michael D Higgins is

Things went slightly awry in the ITV News captioning department yesterday, as they failed to correctly identify the President of Ireland.

World-renowned British comedian Ken Dodd was doing an interview with the channel when a caption appeared reading "Michael D Higgins, President of Ireland."

Now unless something drastic has happened in the last few hours we don't think that's quite right.
