SO KIND: Triplets Jo, Lizzie, and Anna McCaughey, age 6, and Elva McCauley, 7, announce the Random Acts of Kindness Festival which takes place in Clonakilty tomorrow. 

The free festival is designed to create ‘One Kind Day’ in the town and the main event PARK (Park for Acts of Random Kindness) runs from 1pm to 5pm in Emmet Square, with family fun including a scavenger hunt, garden games, and arts and crafts.

IRON WOMEN:

Many mums-to-be experience food cravings, typically for sweet or spicy foods, however a recent survey found cravings can vary from ice, red meat and pickles to raw onion, toothpaste, and even soap.

A literature review found you’re more likely to experience cravings if you have suffered from bad bouts of morning sickness and some experts suggest it may be a quick energy fix the body is craving.

COSMIC LINE-UP:
