In the wake of the news that

Top Gear presenter Jeremy Clarkson has been sacked by the BBC after an altercation with Irish producer Oisin Tymon, we’ve learned many things - inlcuding that no-one seems to know how to say Oisin.

A search for the word "Oisin" on Twitter today reveals a slew of threatening, nasty abuse levelled at Tymon, balanced by those pointing out the BBC investigation found him "a completely innocent party".

But the biggest problem among the great British public seemed to be how the hell you say the poor guy's name.

First, people looked for similar sounds they knew

How are we pronouncing Oisin? Like poison? Ocean? O'Sheen? Oy-san?

Then they turned to the media for help - which they didn't get
