Scene + Heard: THE WEEKEND AHEAD
The Meteor Song of the Year nominees were announced earlier this week, with The Script (‘Superheroes’), Kodaline (‘One Day’), The Coronas ‘All The Others’ and Hozier ‘From Eden’ among 10 songs on the list to be voted for by the public. It would have been interesting to get the views of the late Edgar Froese on any of those tracks, but the electronic music pioneer best known for his work with German band Tangerine Dream passed away earlier this week at the age of 70.
