On Sunday, dozens of world leaders came to Paris to march for the victims of the recent attacks and to show their solidarity.

Among those in attendance were Angela Merkel, EU foreign policy chief Federica Mogherini and Paris mayor Anne Hidalgo.

But you wouldn't know that from the photo of the event that was published on the front-page of the conservative Israeli newspaper HaMevaser (The Announcer) - the paper photoshopped out all the women.

Here's the photo they ran on their front-page:

And here's an untouched photo, for comparison. It shows Merkel walking between French President Francois Hollande and Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas.

It's not the first time an orthodox Israeli newspaper has shopped out female politicians from their publication - back in 2009, two newspapers erased female ministers Limor Livnat and Sofa Landver from a photo of the new Israeli government.

The papers cite 'modesty reasons' as justification.
