Grime masters for Mastermind

Lethal Bizzle is just one of the urban music stars to have their general knowledge put to the test in a special episode of Mastermind.

The grime star will take the hotseat to be quizzed by host John Humphrys for the one-off show, which is part of Radio 1 Xtra’s Hip Hop Month.

He will go up against fellow music stars DJ Semtex, DJ Target and A.Dot, in a show where they will compete on general knowledge and their specialist subjects, according to The Sun.

The contestants’ talents aren’t just confined to music – Lethal Bizzle has a successful t-shirt business with his Arsenal footballer cousin Emmanuel Frimpong, DJ Semtex has a degree in human communication, and A.Dot has a first-class degree in media and cultural studies.

DJ Semtex and A.Dot both DJ for Radio 1 Xtra and DJ Target is a member and producer of grime collective Roll Deep.

The special Mastermind episode will be available to view on BBC’s iPlayer from September 22.
