The Cucumbo is a handy spiral slicer designed by Monkey Business. Cucumbo slices courgettes, cucumbers and other semi soft fruit and vegetables. It has been designed like a bolt with a spiral thread in the centre. You poke the start of the spiral thread into the centre of the cucumber and then twist. holding the furthest end of the vegetable - the plastic blades in the centre then slice the cucumber or courgette into a perfect, continuous spiral.
