Natural Health: Back pain

Both seem to backed by a lot of research, but obviously they can’t both be right. Can you please tell me which one will work?
Both low carbohydrate/high protein diets and low protein/high carbohydrate diets tend to work well in terms of weight loss, since you are effectively cutting out an entire food group. High-protein diets may be more problematic in the long-term, although they can be used effectively as a short-term solution.
