Favourite Restaurant: When I’m home in Cork this would have to be The Strasbourg Goose in the city centre. John the chef has managed to put together an eclectic mix of wholesome fine tasting food. ! Love the no-fuss attitude. In Dublin my favourite is the Trocadero, great fish and steak.

Current listening: As I spend most of my life listening to or learning music at work, when I finish I listen to talk radio. Newstalk is always on at home and in the car. I love Moncrieff’s diversity, the controversial George Hook — whose opinions you may not always agree with but who epitomises the value of talk radio — and the award-winning sports programme Off The Ball is constantly great listening.
