Sex File: I keep getting crushes on random men who aren't my husband

I consider myself happily married but recently I have often found myself fantasising about men who are not my husband. Some are work colleagues, some are friends, and I find myself thinking about them often when we're in bed as well as at other random times of the day. 

I can't tell if this is a phase or if it means I am genuinely dissatisfied with my marriage. We have good, if not mind-blowing, sex every week or two. Friends have suggested it could be hormonal. Or is it a sign we need to work on our sexual relationship?
