Food Trucks 

Officialdom, and all its various tentacles, had long frowned on the concept of ‘street food’ in Ireland, presenting regular bureaucratic obstacles to make it especially challenging to establish a public presence, but the pandemic has accelerated an easing of restrictions and an absolute mushrooming of food trucks has followed.
