Cider of the week: Stonewell Rós Apple & Rhubarb Cider, 5.5% ABV, 330ml - €3.20

Stonewell is easily the most creative of our cider producers and this is another winner.

Made from a fusion of rhubarb and eating apples all sourced in Munster — the rhubarb is from Robbie Fitzimmons Farm of East Ferry in Co Cork. Rhubarb juice is quite acidic so this can’t have been an easy ferment.
