Something fishy

ONE of the healthiest quick-fix foods on our shelves, sardines are a better source of Omega 3 than canned tuna and are rich in vitamin D.

Something fishy

(This immune-boosting vitamin is in short supply here due to a short supply of sunshine.)

Add to that vitamins A and B and trace elements such as selenium, iron, zinc and potassium, and you get good value in this relatively inexpensive tin-full. Also, small fish are a safer best as they retain very few toxins which may be in the sea where they are fished.
