Dakdoritang is a beautiful Korean dish that is traditionally made with a whole chicken, chopped into small pieces, and cooked in a spiced broth along with lots of onion, garlic, ginger, potatoes, carrots and often with mushrooms. 

The days have gotten shorter, and the weather has most definitely taken a turn. It is most definitely soup and stew season.
