Coming up for public auction on Friday the 9th of October at the Keadeen Hotel in Newbridge, Co. Kildare, is a quality 32-acre holding at Moorhill, Brannockstown, in the heart of Kildare bloodstock country.
The property is in grass and laid out in two large divisions, featuring mature trees and hedgerows, with extensive road frontage onto two roads.
The holding will be presented in lots on the day, according to auctioneer Clive Kavanagh of Newbridge-based Jordan Auctioneers, and who is selling the property jointly with John Osborne of Leinster Marts.
Lot 1 comprises 16 acres with frontage onto the Dunlavin Road. Lot 2 is a 16-acre holding that fronts onto the Ballymore Eustace Road.
