Offer already on the table for 53-acre West Cork farm

The holding is a quality farm in a part of Munster that’s becoming increasingly sought after

'The land is split slightly, insofar as there are 7.5 acres north of the road, with the remaining 45 acres on the south side of the road.'

Located just south of the West Cork village of Drimoleague at Garranes South, a 53-acre grassland farm is new to the market with Bandon-based Paddy Murray Auctioneers.

This is a quality farm in a part of Munster that’s becoming increasingly sought after and interest has already manifest itself in the first offer on the table, according to selling agent Damien Murray.
