Coming up for auction on Friday, February 27, at the Clubhouse Hotel in Kilkenny City is a 57-acre farm in Kilkenny, 7km south of Castlecomer and 12km north of the Marble City.

According to auctioneer Ed Donohue of Kilkenny-based Donohue Town & Country, there is good interest in this holding that features a bungalow and several outbuildings for renovation.
