€15k/acre expected at auction for 44-acre Wicklow farm

The selling agent said the 44-acre farm is 'ideally located in what is widely regarded as one of Ireland’s most scenic locations'.

Coming up for auction on Tuesday, February 24, is a 44-acre farm close to the picturesque village of Avoca in County Wicklow.

The auction takes place at the Arklow Bay Hotel, with a simultaneous online auction. It will be conducted by Gorey-based auctioneers Quinn Property.
