Farm Legal Advice: Can my brother's unmarried partner make a claim on the farm?

Dear Karen,

I am writing to you as I am concerned about my brother. He is 42 years of age and a bachelor. He has never had many girlfriends and now he has befriended a woman who has moved in with him. My brother is a little bit innocent and could easily be taken advantage of. My parents gifted the farm to him a few years ago and they are not too keen on her. I am just wondering, in the event they break up or my brother dies, can she make some entitlement over the farm and the farmhouse? What would her rights be?
