A 61-acre farm in North Cork new to the market with Kanturk-based auctioneer Liam Murphy is already drawing a good deal of interest, both locally and from farther afield.

The property is in the townland of Spring Grove, just a couple of kilometres east of Kanturk, off the Kanturk-Buttevant road.
