Tipperary-based Herdwatch acquires TB software companies 

Herdwatch chief executive and co-founder Fabien Peyaud said that ComTag and Lilac were "pioneers in the ag-tech field".

Herdwatch said this latest acquisition will see over 1,000 Irish and British veterinary professionals join the Herdwatch platform. 

Farm software company Herdwatch has announced its acquisition of ComTag and Lilac Technology, renowned for their TB software, in a seven-figure deal.
