Land near Kinsale makes over €38,000/acre at auction

Last featured on these pages in the edition of November 9, a 22-acre farm near the chic town of Kinsale, south of Cork City, achieved a stunning price at public auction on December 15.

“It was on the market for about six weeks,” says selling agent John Hodnett of Clonakilty-based auctioneers Hodnett Forde Property Services. “We held the auction at the Kinsale Hotel last Friday afternoon.”
