A rare, sizeable farm near the village of Riverstick, Co Cork, is on the market with Clonakilty-based auctioneers, Hodnett Forde Property Services.

The 109-acre residential holding may be sold as one unit, or in three separate lots of 57.2acres, 45.2 acres and 5.7 acres (with outbuildings and an old dwelling).

Typically, properties such as this tend to get sold in lots, but there’s no indication yet what the market will prefer.
