Hayes Irish Hereford Prime ambassador
The Munster and Irish rugby hero, known affectionately as ‘The Bull’, made his first public appearance as ambassador at The Taste of Westfest celebration of quality Irish food in Newcastle West, Co Limerick.
John rears Hereford cattle on the Hayes family farm at Cappamore, Co Limerick. Irish Hereford Prime chairman Niall O’Mahony said, “John Hayes is a role model who embodies the best spirit of the Irish Hereford beef farmer”.
Irish Hereford Prime’s 800 farmers supply Hereford beef to restaurants and retailers through an exclusive agreement with ABP Ireland and Pallas Foods.
