Roadside holding close to Mallow attracts lots of buyer interest

ON the outskirts of Mallow town in Co Cork is a 50 acre roadside holding at Ballymagoooly, for sale by private treaty.

Sherry FitzGerald O’Donovan expect the land to achieve in excess €1.25 million.

The land, located past the golf club on the Killavullen Road, is divided almost in half by a by-road. The lands are mostly level and sound and have attracted a lot of interest to date, according to Michael O’Donovan of Sherry FitzGerald O’Donovan.
