Teagasc highlights course opportunities

TEAGASC is staging a series of open days at their colleges around the country during April to highlight the course opportunities it provides in agriculture, horticulture, horses, forestry and related areas.

Paddy Browne, Assistant Director, Training and Development, Teagasc, said such courses have changed radically. All are now nationally accredited and there is the opportunity to progress right up to university degree level on 11 of these courses.

These career events will give guidance teachers and students an unique opportunity to get updated on new courses. Participants will also get information on the diverse range of career opportunities available.
