Hurling star at Arrabawn
The chief executive designate is currently Managing Director for Mainland Europe, Middle East and Africa of Mastertaste, part of the Kerry Foods Flavors Division.
The native of Cappawhite played senior hurling with Tipperary, winning a National League medal in 1988.
He won Cork and Tipperary county championships with Cappawhite and with St Finbarr’s in Cork.
He takes over at Arrabawn from Jimmy Murphy, who will continue as Secretary of the Society.
