TOMORROW is Remembrance Sunday, when all the dead of all wars will be remembered with dignified and solemn ceremonies, especially at the Cenotaph in London.

AS A response to the housing crisis the proposal, apparently to be brought to cabinet next week, to limit landlords to increasing rents only every two years is piecemeal and hardly represents a permanent solution. 

IT must seem some sort of a miracle that the European Commission is able to suggest that this economy will grow by six per cent this year, the fastest growth rate expected in the European Union. That optimism extends to 2016 when the EC anticipates growth of around 4.5%.
