Roborock launches new robotic lawnmower range in Ireland, boosting home gardening technology
Roborock launches its full Q, S and Z series of robotic lawnmowers in Ireland – quiet power, smart navigation and wildlife-friendly protection for every garden.
Ireland’s first robotic lawnmowers by the maker of award‑winning robot vacuums arrive today, giving garden owners a tech‑savvy alternative to manual mowing. In a move that could change how households maintain green spaces, the Chinese‑based brand unveiled its Q, S and Z series. The launch is great for Irish gardeners, who have long sought efficient, low‑maintenance lawn solutions.
As a long‑time reviewer of Roborock’s robot vacuums, I have consistently praised the brand for its blend of power, quiet operation and intuitive software. That track record now extends to the new lawn‑care line, which offers the same attention to detail and ease of use that made the vacuums a favourite among tech‑savvy homeowners.
“This is a really exciting moment for Roborock – we’re thrilled to bring our advanced robotic lawnmowers to Irish homeowners,” said Jin Yani, Country Manager of Roborock UK & Ireland.
“We’ve poured innovation into the Q, S, and Z series, packing them with cutting‑edge navigation, powerful cutting systems, and smart features, including protecting wildlife at night. Our goal is to give every Irish garden a tailored solution, making lawn care easier and giving people back precious time to simply enjoy their beautiful outdoor spaces, all summer long, and beyond.”

The entry‑level Q1 range targets lawns up to 1,000m² and sits at the top of the price‑performance ladder. The mowers feature a 2‑wheel drive layout and a full‑band RTK system, combined with VSLAM navigation, allowing the mower to map a garden in seconds. Its Sentisphere Environmental Perception system provides continuous obstacle detection, while the 3 cm edge‑cutting module keeps borders tidy. Users can set a “no‑mow” period after sunset to safeguard nocturnal wildlife.
The Q105 model costs €899 and supports lawns up to 500m². Its larger sibling, the Q110, carries a €1,199 price tag and handles lawns up to 1,000m². Both units can negotiate slopes of up to 45% and cross obstacles up to 4 cm high, making them ideal for uneven ground and low fences.

The S1 series offers a mid-priced option for gardens up to 1,500m². Like its Q1 sibling, it is a 2‑wheel drive but features a stereo‑vision system that improves object detection in low‑light conditions. The full‑band RTK and VSLAM guide the mower with a 5 cm resolution, while the 3 cm edge cutter ensures a clean finish along edges.
The S108 costs €1,399 and is designed for lawns up to 800m². The S115 is priced at €1,699 and can cover lawns up to 1,500m². Both models support a 45% gradient, can cross 4 cm obstacles, and can cover a maximum area of 1,000m² within 24 hours.

For the toughest lawns up to 5,000m², the Z1 line delivers a four‑wheel drive system that tackles slopes of up to 80% (39°) and obstacles up to 8cm high. The patented Active Steering System and Dynamic Suspension System reduce turf wear and keep the mower stable on uneven ground.
Both standard Z1 models and the Z120 LiDAR variant share the same 3cm edge precision and a six‑blade cutting mechanism. The Z115 is priced at €1,999 for lawns up to 1,500m², while the Z130 and Z150 cost €2,999 and €3,499 respectively for gardens up to 3,000 and 5,000m². The LiDAR‑equipped Z120 is priced at €2,699 and is limited to lawns up to 2,000m². All Z1 models feature anti‑theft technology, 4G LTE connectivity for real‑time location tracking, and are IPX6 waterproof-rated.
The new range is now available at authorised retailers across the country. Customers can purchase online or visit a local dealer, such as Doyle’s Wholesale in Kilkenny.
