The SwitchBot K10 Plus Pro Combo is a full cleaning solution that handles everyday tasks across different surfaces and scenarios. From floors to furniture, even stairs and car interiors, it offers a smart, compact, and genuinely practical approach to keeping your home clean, especially for those juggling pets, kids, and tight schedules.
The K10 Plus Pro Combo includes the world’s smallest robot vacuum, a powerful yet lightweight cordless vacuum, and a dual dust collection base station called FusionBase — and together, they cover just about every cleaning task you can throw at them. While the robot vacuum is compact and the cordless vacuum is lightweight (1.17kg), it’s worth noting that this combo isn’t the best fit for large homes or spaces with lots of carpet.
One of my favourite features is the dual auto-emptying station which handles waste from both vacuums, automatically sucking debris into a 3L antibacterial dust bag that you only need to change every couple of months. It’s just as well that the dust bag is large, as the onboard bin is relatively small. The downside of the smaller bin is that larger debris can cause blockages more easily than with a bigger bin. And of course, if you’re cleaning a large area, it will need to be emptied more frequently.
Despite all its tech, the base station is compact, occupying less space than an A4 sheet — ideal for small flats or tight corners. The base station must be near a power outlet, but at least it charges both the robot and the stick vacuums.
The robot vacuum handles floor cleaning with precision mapping and quiet performance, perfect for everyday use or scheduled cleans when you're out. Thanks to its compact build, it handles corners well and even fits under most furniture.
The cordless vacuum takes over where the robot can’t reach — stairs, upholstery, curtains, shelves, and even the car. It’s lovely to use because it’s so easy to handle during longer cleaning sessions.
Regarding real-world usage, I found the K10 Plus Pro Combo extremely versatile. The robot vacuum offers excellent floor coverage with up to 225m² per charge. Its D-ToF radar scanning and smart mapping made cleaning efficient, avoiding obstacles and ensuring no spots were missed. It even supports up to four different maps, so multi-storey homes are well catered for. However, what it doesn’t do so well is mopping the floor. Unlike many other robot vacuums with a fabric mop, the K10 Plus Pro uses a disposable tissue (the combo comes with a pack of 30). These are not effective, fall off easily and don’t last long.
The cordless vacuum comes with several attachments — a crevice tool, anti-mite brush, flat head brush and more — each genuinely helpful in tackling tricky spots like skirting boards, soft furnishings, or pet hair. Its 20,000Pa suction is powerful enough to lift embedded dust from carpets, while the green LED dust detection strip is great for spotting hidden debris.
It’s also quiet. The robot runs at just 45dB in silent mode, and the cordless vacuum is noticeably quieter than most I’ve used, even at higher suction.
Control-wise, everything links up with the SwitchBot app, and you can schedule cleans, monitor progress, and switch modes easily. There’s also Matter support, so if you’re in the Apple HomeKit ecosystem, you can control the robot via Siri or your Apple Watch. It’s nice having this extra level of convenience. The cordless vacuum has no smart features or compatibility with the app.
The SwitchBot K10 Plus Pro Combo is a versatile all-in-one vacuum solution. While it may not match the power of larger systems, it makes up for it with its ease of use, featuring smart mapping and a lightweight cordless vacuum that’s effortless to handle. From everyday floor cleaning to quick spill pickups or detailed vacuuming of furniture and stairs, it really does it all.
