A 22-year-old student in Victoria, Australia tried to save his drone from a watery grave, but ended up needing rescue himself.

The student, known as Singh, attempted to retrieve his drone after it crashed into the water during a student photoshoot on St. Kilda Pier in Victoria. However, his rescue plan came undone after the cold water caused his body to cramp up. With no ladder to the pier, Singh was stuck.

"I couldn't touch the floor with my feet, so then I started panicking. It was cold as well," Singh told 9 News.
