Moviegoer suing studio for falsely advertising Suicide Squad

Reddit user BlackPanther2016 is to take a case against Warner Bros. and DC Comics as there were scenes featuring Joker used extensively in the Suicide Squad advertising campaign that did not appear in the finished film. This, the user claims, is unjust advertising.

As previously reported, there were plenty of scenes cut from the finished product, many of which featured Jared Leto’s Joker. Leto himself commented on his measly appearance, which clocks in at around 15 minutes, telling IGN that “there were so many scenes that got cut from the movie I couldn’t even start.”
