No Man's Sky getting massive launch update – Now allows for multiple endings

Launch day updates for games are nothing new, though No Man’s Sky’s update sounds like an integral one to download before getting your adventure started.

Hello Games’ Sean Murray said that anyone who got their hands on the game early will technically be able to continue playing the game, but they’ll miss out on new content and experiences if they don’t delete their save before updating. He also revealed that servers will be reset prior to launch.

Work on the update began as soon as the game went gold and it adds a wealth of new content. There’s a significant amount written about the update on the No Man’s Sky website, but we’ve picked out a couple of the highlights below.
