Microsoft now owns SwiftKey

SwiftKey, the smart keyboard that lets you swipe letters to type out messages, is now officially under the Microsoft umbrella.

In a blog post, SwiftKey said that this is the perfect match. "Microsoft’s mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. Our mission is to enhance interaction between people and technology. We think these are a perfect match," it wrote.

The deal is reportedly worth $250 million, according to the Financial Times.
