Three Fields says Burnout and Black fans might like its first game

Three Fields founder and director Alex Ward, previously of Criterion, says that fans of the Burnout series and shooter Black might want to keep an eye out for the developer’s first game.

Teasing the game’s upcoming announcement on Twitter, Ward wrote, “If you liked #Burnout and you liked #BLACK then you might just like this first game we've made at @3FieldsEnt." He later clarified that the game won’t feature cars or guns though.

Three Fields’ upcoming title is described as an "innovative... sports game that's fast, funny and heavy on social multiplayer." It is scheduled for release this spring.

The developer already has plans for its second game. It will develop a spiritual successor to Burnout 3. This racer will be released on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. Three Fields is considering supporting PlayStation VR and Oculus Rift.

Expect to see more of Three Fields’ upcoming game in the very near future.
