VIDEO: Go behind the scenes of Star Wars on Skellig Michael

In case you didn't know, a major scene from Star Wars The Force Awakens was shot in Ireland, on Skellig Michael.

It's a pretty amazing moment in the film, which makes the most of some remarkably untouched scenes from the island retreat which was first inhabited by monks almost 1500 years ago

. The ancient structures and stairway on the island have remained preserved and mostly untouched, and were the site of shooting for the massive Disney film in 2014.
