December's Xbox Live free games have slaying and stealthing

The Xbox Live Games with Gold for December 2015 have been announced, and it's a really great lineup to finish out the year.

It all kicks off on the 1st of December with The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing. This celebrated action role playing game and let's you slay as the titular character from Bram Stoker's book. From the 16th of December, it's time for some stealth in Thief, a gorgeous reimagining of the sneaky classic for next gen consoles.

On Xbox 360, the titles will include Castletstorm and Sacred 3, both of which will also be available on the Xbox One via the new backwards compatability feature. For December, there's an extra treat in the form of Operation Flashpoint Dragon Rising which will also be on both consoles.

Gold members also get discounts and more, and be sure to download last month's titles before they expire at the start of December 2015.
