Mirror's Edge Catalyst delayed until May 2016!

Mirror's Edge Catalyst's release is being pushed back until May 2016.

Producer Sara Jansson took to the official Mirror's Edge website to break the news and give fans an update. She said that they set out an ambitious vision when they started development. DICE set out "to create a vast city to explore, full of stunning vistas, majestic skyscrapers, and mysterious tunnels."

Jansson also wrote that they're "building the most immersive action-adventure game with fluid movement and combat in first person." They want to accomplish all their goals "to the highest quality possible."

She said that the team will use this additional time "to make sure that when you step into the massive City of Glass and experience the rise of Faith, it’s as entertaining, impressive, and memorable as it can be."

Mirror's Edge Catalyst will be released on May 24th, 2016.
