VIDEO New X-Files trailer is scary
We've been hearing for awhile that The X-Files revival will be a mix of an overarching new story and monster of the week style episodes, which sounds like the perfect set up for fans and newcomers alike. And this promo definitely shows off some of the nasties on offer, which feels like a lot to cram into just six episodes.
Now there's definitely some creative editing going on here to make the back and forth between Mulder and Scully seem a bit more fun, that first line between them almost certainly doesn't take place in that way, and early reports of footage that was screened suggests its a lot more sedate that this footage. Right now the main thing is that these glimpses look like The X-Files, that it hasn't become another show in an effort to gain more popularity. Let's hope that holds true.
