Japanese Film Festival 2015 - audience and film critics awards announced

The Japanese Film Festival is over for another year, with the 2015 fest touring seven cities around the country for the first time.

With 20 films, it's Ireland's biggest celebration of Asian cinema and offered up some true great this year including the riotous rap musical Tokyo Tribe and highly feted Forma. Audiences flocked to the screenings in April and as is traditional, they all got to vote for the Audience Award. And the favoured film of audiences in 2015 was the delightful Fuku-chan of Fukufuku Flats!
