World Social Media Day celebrations live

Today is World Social Media Day and we’re keeping up with all the celebrations around the globe.

Today's celebrations are part of the fifth annual World Social Media. It was launched by Mashable in 2010 to "as a way to recognize the digital revolution happening right before our eyes."

It is celebrated all around the world through large events, parties and gatherings.
