"2026 has been an exceptional year for the business, and Synova's investment has given us the platform to execute on our ambitious plans with even greater pace," said Klearcom co-founder and chief executive Liam Dunne. "We are delighted to welcome Neil and Henry to Klearcom at such an important stage in our journey.
"Neil and Henry bring the product leadership and commercial experience we need as we scale our offering and the team for 2027 and beyond. With demand accelerating and agentic voice transforming the contact centre market, we have a tremendous opportunity ahead of us and we are building the leadership team to seize it."

Mr Weldon joins from Zendesk, where he worked as vice president of product management holding responsibilities across areas including messaging and omnichannel routing, and built up the company's voice offering. "Global enterprises rely on Klearcom for mission critical customer journeys, and delivering continuous testing across an entire voice estate in an Agentic AI era presents an incredible opportunity," said Mr Weldon.

Meanwhile, Mr Bush grew Signavio's business ahead of its acquisition by SAP and was previously senior vice president at Worksoft.
