Debbie Griffin, chief people officer with Shawbrook Bank, has been appointed as a non-executive director to the board of Org Group, the Cork-based Irish-owned multinational professional services company, reshaping how work gets done through technology and talent. Debbie has over 25 years of senior leadership experience specialising in people strategy and brand led transformation. With Shawbrook, she has played a central role in the executive team as the bank has evolved as a listed business. She has also navigated the complexities of a private equity backed environment for over a decade, most recently guiding the organisation through multiple M&A transactions and a successful IPO process.
